Position: Field Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
· Installs and supports field installations of Enternet´s systems in newspaper and direct mail packaging centers
· Conducts operator and administrator training on Enternet´s systems and provides first-level support on a 24x7 basis
Requirements:
· Substantial field experience in
electronic technology, digital and analog troubleshooting, electrical/circuit
installation and in the Windows® environment
· Military electronic/technical background a plus
· Associate´s or Bachelor´s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology strongly preferred
· Ability to operate with minimal supervision and interface successfully with all levels of management and labor at customer worksites
· Substantial travel involved
