The EnternetTM Control system lets you control all facets of bindery
production -- job set-up, scheduling, status reporting and
performance analysis -- from any workstation on your
network. It downloads data records and job scheduling
functions in seconds from any network location. Editing or
correcting records can be done on-line in an instant,
eliminating the need to edit records off-line and then
remount.
The intuitive GUI makes job management a snap.
Just use the "drag and drop" feature for unified
job management screen to move jobs from one line to another.
The EnternetTM Controller is very much a real-time system. As jobs run,
statistical job performance data is being reported
real-time, including runtime and efficiency data by line, by
shift, by job or many other criteria. Production status
data is available on any network workstation, such as:
productivity by shift or operator, downtime by device,
pocket summary, product total, signature usage, postal code
consolidation, sensor efficiency, etc.
The EnternetTM Controller is compatible with virtually all feeders, stitchers,
binders, trimmers, stackers, wrappers, inserters and other
post-press hardware. It's fully-compatible with the ink-jet
printers of Domino, Kodak Versamark/ Scitex, Videojet, and the MCS HP Printer. The EnternetTM Controller
is scaleable to up to 12 stations, 108 lines of print, 100
pockets and 20,000 demographic make-ups. There's no
