Virtual Connectivity is the backbone of our product line and our product support commitment to you. Virtual Connectivity means the full integration of your Inserter or Collator Line systems into your Corporate Enterprise Network. Our products seamlessly integrate with your Preprint Planning System and direct the control of all of the major brands of Inserter/Collator Line components including Stackers, Address Printers, Strappers, Bundle Wrap Printers and Loading/Conveying Systems.

Systems for Newspapers of all sizes: with the launch of Enternet's mid-range newspaper packaging control systems in June 2003, Enternet now offers inserter and collator control systems at price points affordable to almost all newspapers who wish to enjoy the richness and flexibility of the industry's most powerful control software.

Graphical User Interface:
The Graphical User Interface (GUI) shows the inserter or collator production line in operation. It indicates misses, doubles, hopper contents by preprint name and production information by hopper. The GUI can be used on the control system's production workstation or any other workstation on the corporate network. The GUI provides line operators with instant line status and assists in increasing production output by allowing the operator to respond to line problems faster. In addition, hopper production information is readily available for repair and maintenance to insure the inserter or collator operates at peak efficiency.

Enternet's unique sensor control technology:
Enternet's newspaper control systems, when retrofitted onto existing inserters or collators, utilize new hopper-mounted positive logic sensors. We do not "recycle" the OEM sensors already there. Why do we take this extra step? Because you get what you pay for!

Enternet's Check One sensor, a positive logic infrared sensor, prevents human intervention or dirt from compromising the sensor's purpose. And Enternet's Cycle Sensor, also a positive logic device, enables phasing of the system to lock in on hopper adjustments before the hopper is required to feed, eliminating waste without operator intervention. Operating together, these two sensors permit the system to auto-learn and adjust for hopper drop locations. Without them, all hopper adjustments would have to be made manually, one hopper at a time, by operators.

Speed and accuracy drive packaging center productivity. Verifiability and error-free performance differentiate you from your competition. Enternet's unique sensor control technology maximizes your total packaging performance and gives you a leg up on your competition. Don't leave home without it!
