Expandable from a single camera verifying the corrent orientation of a product in a conveyoring application, to multiple cameras verifying several or all products passing through multiple dispensers, the FASTverify-Signature Verification System is well suited to ensuring the quality make-up of every product that passes by.

The FASTcam Vision Verification System is a PC-based camera system with an integrated
Cognex VisionPro high performance image processor. The FASTcam is designed to work either stand alone or in conjunction with an Inkjet Control System (ICS) - such as FASTechnology Group’s XGen, FASTpro or E-Series line of controllers. The FASTcam system provides several types of verification depending on configuration and the application.
These can include:

• Verify correct product and orientation in a tracked conveyor system
• Verify a label is in the correct position for receiving an address
• Verify an industrial printer successfully printed on a product
• Verify the inkjet printed information matches the product
• Archive the inspection results and image for proof of quality

The FASTechnology Group Trim Quality Monitor (TQM) is a PLC-based trim monitoring system capable of single and variable trim sizes. The TQM is designed to work standalone or in conjunction with an Inkjet Control System (ICS) - such as FASTechnology Group’s XGen, FASTpro or E-Series line of controllers.

An upgrade to existing standalone FASTechnology Group TQMs or as an option on new orders, the Variable TQM system monitors up to eight different trim sizes based on selection via discrete input.

The SIM Products MightyMic is a selective caliper designed to work in conjunction
with an Inkjet Control System (ICS) - such as FASTechnology Group’s XGen, FASTpro or E-Series line of controllers. FASTechnology Group offers this serial interface across its complete line, and can be driven by selective product identifiers.
